Type of Visa -

The Immigrant Visa :-
The Immigrant Visa Unit in Vienna, Austria processes immigrant visas, K and V visas for Austrian citizens and third country nationals permanently residing in Austria. Vienna is also one of the posts designated to process Iranian "homeless" cases.

Document Required -
The interview cannot take place until we have received photos which comply with with the standard list below. Please do not delay your interview by presenting inadequate photos.

All visa applicants must submit a current photograph of themselves with each visa application. Photos must measure two inches by two inches (5 cm by 5 cm), with the head centered in the frame. The image size from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head (including hair) should measure between 1 inch (2.5 cm) and 1 3/8 inches (3,5 cm), with the eye level between 1 1/8 inches to 1 3/8 inches (2,8 cm to 3,5 cm) from the bottom of the photo.

The photograph(s) must be on photopaper. It may be either in color or black and white and must be taken against a plain white background. Photos must have been taken within six months of the date of application. Photos should show a full front view of the bearer, without glasses or head-coverings. Head-coverings are accepted only under very limited circumstances (e.g. religious reasons) and then only when the applicant's face is completely exposed.
