Visa Details

Type of Visa -

Tourist/Business Visas
1. All employed persons: a recent job letter addressed to the Consular Section which states: length of time in job, position (permanent or Temporary) salary, and available vacation time.
2. Salaried employees: The last social security receipt, "Ficha”, or for an employee of the Government of Panama, the last pay stub.
3. Self-employed persons: Income tax declarations and receipts from the last three years.
4. Retiree(s): The last pension check stub, or for retirees of the U.S. government must bring any document showing their yearly income or annuity.

Document Required -
- Prior appointment for a Nonimmigrant Visa interview
- A valid passport.
- Bank receipt for the U.S. $100.00 visa application fee.
- A completed NONIMMIGRANT APPLICATION FORM DS-156. Nonimmigrant Visa Application - printed on both sides of a single sheet of paper.

Bank receipt for the US$100.00 visa application fee
additional reciprocal fee of $150.00 to the consular cashier. F-1 student
