Visa Details
Type of Visa -
Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) Procedures
Step One: Pay your application fee;
Step Two: Fill out your DS-156 form and any supplemental
forms online. You must fill out your non-immigrant visa application
(DS-156 and, if applicable, DS-157) on a computer. Hand written
applications or applications typed on a typewriter are NOT acceptable,
and you will NOT be admitted for your interview if you bring these.
Step Three: Appear at the Consulate for your interview
fully prepared.
Document Required -
PASSPORT Send us your current valid and signed passport.
It must not expire within 6 months and must have at least one blank
visa page
APPLICATION FORM Send for visa applications forms
completed and signed with your signature in blue ink.
PHOTO 4 passport photographs. Go to a passport
photographer. Digital and non-passport photographs are not acceptable.
