Type of Visa -

Non Immigration Visa-
All persons wishing to apply for a U.S. non-immigrant visa must call our Call Center at 900 1 VISA USA (900-1-847-2872) to make an appointment. (Alternatively, your travel agent may make the appointment for you. He or she will then advise you of the process.) The caller is charged a flat fee of 1500 colones for a call up to eight minutes. The charge does not begin until a live operator comes on the line. We accept visa applications only from persons physically present in Costa Rica, and it is not possible to reach this number from outside of Costa Rica. A resident of Costa Rica who is temporarily outside of the country when he or she wishes to make an appointment will need to ask friends or relatives within Costa Rica to make the call for them.
