The consular officer will determine whether your petition can be adjudicated at the Consulate or whether it will require adjudication by a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office. The Consulate General in Melbourne accepts petitions by appointment only. Please e-mail MelbourneACS@state.gov to schedule an appointment to lodge your petition.
